Sweet Pebble Studio is a handcrafted clay art store owned and operated by Shital Sharma. By placing an order on sweetpebblestudio.in, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products

• • All products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, and size are natural and not considered defects.
• • Product images are representative. Actual products may differ slightly due to the handcrafted nature.
• • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

• • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment.
• • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or any other reason, with a full refund.
• • You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email after placing your order.

4. Payments

• • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via our payment gateway.
• • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
• • In case of a failed transaction where your account is debited, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
