Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Policy

All products at Sweet Pebble Studio are handcrafted by Shital Sharma with great care. Since each piece is unique and made by hand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations in colour, texture, or size — these are natural characteristics of handmade art.

However, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • • The product arrived broken or damaged during transit
  • • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)

3. How to Raise a Return Request

  1. 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at studiosweetpebble@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
  2. 2. Share your order ID and clear photos of the damaged or wrong item.
  3. 3. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. 4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back (shipping charges reimbursed by us).

4. Refund Process

  • • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or credit/debit card).
  • • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund is processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
  • • Custom or personalised orders
  • • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

6. Failed / Duplicate Payments

If your payment failed but your account was debited, or if you were charged twice, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. Please contact us at studiosweetpebble@gmail.com if you do not receive the refund within that period.
