Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all states and union territories within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Since all items are handcrafted, each order is carefully packed before dispatch. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:

• • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.) — 4–6 business days
• • Other cities & towns — 7–10 business days
• • Remote or rural areas — up to 12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check the announcement bar on our homepage for current offers.

5. Packaging

All clay art pieces are carefully bubble-wrapped and packed in sturdy boxes to ensure they reach you safely. We take extra care with fragile items.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your order using this number on the courier partner's website. You can also check your order status at any time on the My Orders page.

7. Delivery Failures

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the package, the courier will attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Re-shipment charges may apply.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy. Take photos immediately upon receiving and contact us within 7 days.
